Time Commitment

What do the home activities look like?

How many days of practice per week?

Activities should be practiced 6-7 days per week.  The repetition of the activities is what embeds the new visual skills.

How much time per day?

You will be working on 4-5 activities at a time, it should take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete the daily activities.

How long does the program take?

Most people complete the program within 12-15 months.  We encourage participants to be consistent and stick with the recommended timeline for optimal results.

How do I access the activities and know which ones to practice?

Step 1: Login to the online portal

Step 2: Familiarize yourself with the grid and activities.  The image to the right is a small snap shot of the Phase 1 directions.  It clearly outlines which activities to start with.

Step 3: The first activities are Trace the Ball, Snow Angels, Target Focus, and a Moro Reflex Activity.  Once you complete the minimum duration and have accomplished the goal, you will move on to the next activity in the column.  In general, you will add new activities every week or two.

For example, if you complete the Trace the Ball activity after week one, move on to the next activity in the column (Eye Movement Patterns) while continuing to work on the Snow Angels, Target Focus, and Moro Reflex.
