Who is a good fit?

Step 1:  Are You Experiencing Symptoms?

We’re here to help make life smoother for anyone dealing with functional vision problems. Whether it’s homework struggles, difficulty reading, or challenges in sports, we aim to make those visual tasks easier. Imagine an end to the daily homework battles!

Take our Symptom Checklist to see if vision therapy might be a great fit for you.  If the symptoms match, we can help!

Note: This program is not intended for the purpose of improving eyesight, eliminating the need for glasses, eye-alignment, or improvement of visual acuity.

Step 2:  Have a diagnosis?

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to start our Vision Therapy at Home program.

If the symptoms match, we can help!  However, if you’ve seen a developmental optometrist, this program is especially useful for conditions like Convergence Insufficiency or Convergence Excess.

Some diagnoses, however, require special attention from an in-office developmental optometrist. If you have any of the following conditions, our program isn’t suitable, but we highly recommend in-person care:

  • Strabismus – Esotropia, Exotropia, lazy eye, eye turn, hypertropia, hypotropia
  • Amblyopia – lazy eye, one eye sees better than the other eye with the best glasses or contact lens prescription
  • Brain Injury (TBI/ABI) – this includes stroke, head trauma, eye injury, concussions
  • Ages 3-6 – Preschool/Kindergarten children still have developing visual systems, and a separate program is better suited for them until they are old enough to pursue a full vision therapy program. (see below)

Step 3:  Explore Programs for Different Ages

Special Programs for Ages 3-6

For preschool and kindergarten children, our specialized Visual Development program is designed to nurture their developing visual skills through engaging and playful activities.

Tailored for ages 3-6, this program blends gross motor games, balance challenges, and eye movement exercises with fine motor skills, creating a “whole child” approach. Your child will enjoy a variety of fun exercises that build coordination, balance, and visual tracking skills.

Ages 6-18: Help Your Child Thrive

Did you know 1 in 4 kids have vision problems that can affect their school performance?

Our Vision Therapy at Home program tackles vision issues at their root, leading to improvements in reading, school performance, and overall well-being. Imagine the relief of fewer frustrations and seeing your child succeed in school!

Investing in your child’s vision is an investment in their future.

Adults: It's Never Too Late

Visual issues can significantly impact your career, hobbies, and daily life well into adulthood. With more of us working on computers for extended periods, the strain on our eyes has never been greater. Symptoms like eye strain, blurred vision, and headaches can hinder your productivity and quality of life.

Vision Therapy at Home is designed to address these challenges for adults as well.  Don’t let visual issues hold you back.
